WEHOMECARE PRODUCT SUITES

One Care Ecosystem. Different Tools for Different People.

The products are designed for different audiences, rather than giving every user the same interface. This separation helps keep each experience focused on the tasks that matter to that user.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

A shared commitment to privacy and appropriate access.

Care information can be sensitive. Access should be designed around the person, the organisation and the user's role. Family access should be limited to information that has been permitted for sharing; professional access should be governed by role-based permissions; and recruitment information should remain separate from patient and resident care records. Consent, audit trails, secure access and territory-specific legal review are important considerations for the suite.

FEATURE BOUNDARIES

Understanding the differences between our apps.

Family vs Living

Family focuses on oversight and coordination; Living focuses on simple daily interaction and recording.

Connect vs Campus

Connect focuses on professional care delivery; Campus adds facility-wide operational oversight and hospital-specific workflows.

Shared Care Information

Where appropriate, apps should use a consistent underlying record, with permissions controlling what each person can see or change.

Medication Safety

Separate recording and confirmation from prescribing or clinical authorisation. Family-facing functions should not diagnose or recommend medicines.

Force Separation

Keep recruitment and candidate records separate from patient and resident care records.

Modules and Licensing

Decide which capabilities are standard, optional modules or paid upgrades.

THE SHARED FOUNDATION

One Connected Approach to Care

WeHomeCare is a care-focused product suite intended to connect the everyday experience of care with the professional work behind it. Family supports understanding and coordination; Living supports daily care recording at home; Connect supports professional care delivery; Campus is aimed at facility-level operations; and Force is aimed at healthcare recruitment. Together, they provide a clear framework for serving the different people and organisations involved in care, while keeping each product focused on its audience.
